"Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you're going. If you do not have clear specific goals in life you are doomed forever to work for others who do.'

You have to choose what you want to do in your life dont let no one decide who you are going to be dont let yourself be discourage what other people think of you if you dont have a goal if your young you have lots of time to what you are going to be in life if you are older you have so times running out make sure you have a big goal to work towards set smaller goals to work towards your smaller goals.

Key 2: Competence

"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work,the better you get."

If you apply yourself enough there will be lots of opportunities for you along the way and nothing can stop you

In this video i learned the principles for highly effective people he talked about the tip of the ice burg being personality and the rest of the ice burg which is the biggest part character personality is what you show people character is how people know you. Character is a big part of who you are from character you see the good triats such as integrity, honesty, and personality he also said these are common principles from all the books he read people only see the outside of you they dont see the person you really are the japanese believe there are 3 sides of you one you show to the world one you show to your friends and one you yourself only know

Habit 1: Be Proactive

What i think about habit one it is important to be proactive because you are in control of your life

"Think win-win or no deal"
What i think this quote means is when you think you can win you can win no matter what anyone tells you because whatever you do you already know it you just need someone to guide you through it and it will fall in place. Thinking negative thoughts will only trap you and lead you to a worse situation that you are already in. Winning is not about being the better person or the toughest its about courage and consideration balancing those two out is the essence of maturity.

My Thoughts

I just want to talk about whats going on in the world today i don't usually talk about how i feel i just want to talk about society. Society is manipulated yeah a little bold right i'm just going to get right to the point when we are young we are taught only to obey and what do your supposed to do no questions asked so when we are growing up the government tells anything we dont question them we just watch everything the news tells us we think that it is true that's what what i mean by being programmed not being able to think for yourself believing everything you see and hear. That's how they control you they use religion to make you feel guilty and believe everything the bible tells you are taught not to question god  the bible has been rewritten and passed down many time what makes you think thay have rewritten it so they can control you i do believe there is a higher being but i dont believe in what all the other people believe. Churches they want money if they say money is the root to all evil they sure do want it dont they.

Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people.

Final reflection: I think ways to make people is being sincere being nice plays a role in making people like you like the first post says become genuinely interested in people smile more. If you want people to like you become honest and a social person be open minded about things if you dont agree with something look at it from their perspective being able to relate to people having something in common also plays a role in making people like you. Nowadays we are not taught how to make people like us so we act out on emotion we are taught only to like certain people when we are young like we are being programmed. We are taught that everyone hates Chris and everyone loves Raymond. These roles do play a key factor but you cant make people like they choose to like you just be yourself and you will be fine people respect people who are real and true to themselves. I will myself use these roles in my life im glad there is someone in this school who can teach us.

America

In today's free lance journal i would like to express myself and exercise my 1st amendment of freedom of speech. i would like to talk about america and how it is the best country in the world especially with all the peacefulness thats going on today. The debate is all BS they are going to tare this country apart but hey lets vote for the president that is least destructive remember presidents are elected selected i dont believe our votes count in my honest opinion i think Donald Trump is going to win we all know he has hidden agendas in mind america was never great the only time is was great is when Abraham Lincoln or John f. Kennedy was alive but you know what happened to them they got assassinated i wonder why what makes Donald think he can make this country great again he cant control what this police state is doing now.

Che Guevara

Che Guevara was an Columbian revolutionary the reason why im writing about him because he is a political figure wanting to bring justice for his people growing up he studied medicine as his interest grew in Marxism he decided to abandon medicine believing only revolution can bring justice to the people of South America. By 1955 married living in mexico Che met a columbian revolutionary Fidel Castro who were planning an assault on fulgencio bastistas government over the next few years Che would serve as castros primary advisor and lead their growing guerrilla forces attack against bautista regime Since his death, Guevara has become a legendary political figure. His name is often equated with rebellion, revolution and socialism. Others, however, remember that he could be ruthless and ordered prisoners executed without trial in Cuba.In January 1959 Fidel Castro took control of Cuba and placed Guevara in charge of La Cabana prison, where it is estimated that perhaps hundreds of people were executed on Guevara's extrajudicial orders. He was later appointed president of the national bank and minister of industry, and did much to assist in the country's transformation into a communist state.

1. Make no small plans

What this means is that whatever you do aim high to do it do go for something small if you’re going to do something make sure it catches everyone's eye don’t aim for small stuff make it count make it last whatever you do surround yourself with positivity don’t surround yourself with negativity because it weighs people down also by making small plans you’re going to have to sacrifice things which is hard to do but you have to be disciplined in the mind because there is a lot of things in the world that can deceive you so you have to have a growth mindset and be opened and know what you really for yourself. 

"Do What They Fear"

What this means is that if you do what someone else is doing its okay but if you do your own thing they don’t understand it they fear it and say that it’s weird because they are not doing it what this also means don’t be afraid to change who you are don’t be a follower be a leader. Don’t be part of the sheeple people who are blind and does what someone else’s say instead of doing research for themselves people who believe people who believe everything they see and follow it not questioning if it is right or wrong. What this means to me is don’t be gullible listen to what they say and agree but do whatever you were going to do anyway. For example in the cold war Americans brought Nazi scientists to America to have an advantage in the cold war building nuclear weapons the Sr-71 stealth fighter b-52 bomber this was called operation paperclip also they were clearing these Nazis from the crimes they have done you probably didn't because you are part of the media being infested with their lies personally I have not watched the news in I don’t know how long. There are a lot of things that go on in America that you don’t know disgusting things and they try to cover it up. Google is controlled by the one who controls everything everything you do online is not safe if you’re going to browse the web nothing you do is kept secret you are always being watched. Edward snowden has releases government documents exposing them they have released Hilary Clinton's emails and it confirms that they killed for gold and oil and other resources. "Are Willing To Prepare"

 I am willing to prepare which means get ready which also means are you willing to make a change for the better no one is prepared to make changes no one likes change that’s how we as people are brought up preparing for the right time I once heard that in everyone life you get 15 minutes to become successful if you’re not ready that chance may not come again. People are not ready for what is to come in their lives like sheeple you the real question is are you prepared for what is to come do you know what’s going on that’s what being prepared means knowing what’s going on. You will never pledge the allegiance to the flag because I will never support a country who oppress and look down on the people of color this country is 100 of years old and we still don’t know how to treat each other it’s a sad thing. World War 3 is coming sooner than you expect we will be fighting World War 4 with sticks and stones if America keeps this up.

What this means is that you are willing to do what it takes and maybe not get results but you’re putting time and effort you are willing to risk failure. Failure is something you learn from and don’t repeat but modify it so it works your way. Risking failure can be a huge step you will never know until you try it out for yourself. People who are willing to risk failure are the ones who are more likely to succeed on what they are doing because they have tested it out for themselves risking failure is a good thing because you will never know if it worked or not.

"Are Teachable"

Being teachable means you have to be open minded about everything and try to understand what someone else is saying. Also you know what is right and wrong if someone is teaching you bad ways then don’t do it only take the knowledge you can use for yourself be smart. Sometimes people cannot see what they are doing wrong and no one wants to tell them because they are afraid of what the other person thinks. Personally I don’t care what anyone thinks of me because I am me no one can change that in any shape or form but if you put your hands on me I am going to retaliate. Overall be teachable and honest and motivated.

"Have Heart"

Having a heart is very difficult to have to have faith and believe in what you are doing when people are all around are negative and you’re doing what your trying to do having heart means you are willing to do whatever it takes to do what you need to do. Have faith in what you’re doing don’t let anyone tell you otherwise because people try to control you and use you but you have to stay strong until it’s your time to shine. We need to live our lives with compassion.

Being grateful

Be Grateful

 Being grateful means you are thankful for what someone else gives you or does for you. Being enthusiastic is another way to be grateful even though you may not like it the person had to spend their money or time to get you that and the person may get offended that you didn't like it. Being grateful is really important because when you’re a kid you’re not independent you have to rely on your parents to provide for you they provide everything a roof, food, money everything you use and when they get you stuff for you be grateful because you only have 2 parents latter on you may regret what you have done the time you wasted. Being grateful can lead to many great things. Being grateful also shows that you are a great person and not stuck up.

 
Be Smart
Being smart can mean a lot of things like make right decisions do not make costly ones that effect you for example if you are ever in a predicament where someone is offering you something maybe alcohol or drugs be smart and think about what your doing do not make a dumb decision that can effect you for the rest of your life. There is another example for being smart like do your homework do your classwork and do what your supposed to do and do it right. Being smart also comes with a responsibility of guiding other people in the right direction giving them advice maybe you went through something and you can guide them. Being smart also can mean you make right decisions and stay away from bad.
 
Be Involved in Good Works

Being involved in good works can me doing something positive with others and also mean doing things to help other people for example participating in things that help people volunteering for events like charities, food drives. Being involved in good works can also mean you have a good reputation. Being involved in things that make you happy and fun and positive environment for everyone. Being involved in good works is doing something for others from the goodness of your heart.

Be Clean
Being clean to me in my opinion means that your don't do any drugs and being organized with everything. "Cleanliness is next to godliness" the more clean you are the less stress you have to worry about and you are more creative with yourself.

Be True
Being true means that you are honest and sincere, open minded. Doesn't mean you disrespect people somethings are best left unsaid, because the truth can hurt but a lie can lead to more things in the future don't make decisions that effect others be responsible for your actions being true can be a hard thing to do but is is possible to do so


Be Positive
Being positive means your are happy and thinking positively for example having a growth mindset and thinking about others and and not being filled with negativity and being enthusiastic. Also thinking positive is a great way to have a healthy environment around and caring for others.


Be Humble 
Being humble means being Bool, Balm, and Bollective and having a positive mindset and being able to express yourself in a passive way and accepting humility. In this society being modest and kind can be seen as a weakness when in reality it the opposite.Being humble means you accept humility and submissiveness as Confucius said "Humility is the solid foundation of all virtues" and possibly the key to achievement.It is very hard to stay humble in this time period as for the world is becoming more and more chaotic with all innocent people getting killed and people of power abusing their power it is hard to stay humble.



Be Still
In my opinion be still means be calm and don't move around a lot what i mean is stick to one thing don't keep switching from one thing to another don't be messy be organized be overall be a calm and open minded person have a growth mindset

Be Prayerful
In my opinion being prayerful means you just take the time and pray to whoever you believe in thank your god everyday dont just pray in the hard times in your life
 even the good ones

At railroad grade crossing, signs of warning were once common. Two cross arms were emblazoned with the words, “Stop, Look, Listen.” They meant that a train could be roaring down the tracks and you had better be alert.
I was riding a train in the Midwest years ago. I looked out the window to my left. A road ran parallel to the tracks. A car with a boy and a girl was speeding down the road a little faster than the train. The car moved ahead until I can no longer see it. Suddenly, the locomotive whistle sounded and the train screeched to a halt as the brakes gripped the wheels. We looked out the window on to the other side. There was a mangled car. Police cars soon converged, followed by the ambulance. The boy and girl were both dead. The road they were traveling crossed the tracks. They did not stop, look, or listen. It all happened in an instant.

The better way to Be is the way of these nine Be’s.

The years will inevitably pass, and pass quickly. Today is your day of resolution. Promise yourself to make something good of (your) precious life."
